Chapter 53 Don't talk back to your mother!
That evening, Andrea 2 dragged her weary body into the hotel room. As soon as she closed the door, she collapsed onto the bed, writhing like a maggot, burying her face in the soft pillow and emitting muffled groans. She hadn't slept in a bed in a long time.
After a day of being tossed around by Tara and Wendy, all she wants to do now is stay glued to her bed.
Having encountered a human with mediocre drawing skills, and being inexplicably called "Mom" by Wendy, and with Terra barging into a couple's room and causing the painter to scream in agony at the inn, she couldn't help but sigh, "Wendy is probably going to have a sleepless night tonight..."
Andrea 2 couldn't even count how many times that poor human painter named Hill 46 had been killed by Terra.
Fortunately, the hotel owner didn't kick them out.
Finally, Terra took two identical weapons from the painter's body. Terra said they were called paintball guns, giving one to Wendy and the other to her. The elf glanced at this thing called a gun. Could this thing be as good as her bow? She didn't believe it.
A slight scraping sound of blocks came from behind her, and Andrea 2 knew without turning around that Terra had followed her in. She lifted her head from the pillow, her cheeks and ears still bearing traces of paint from Terra's paintball gun.
After Terra discovered that paintball guns could color NPCs, she chased after Andrea 2 and fired many shots. Paint was all over her, dripping down her thighs onto the floor, leaving colorful footprints with every step she took.
It took Andrea 2 a long time to wash off those colored paints.
It's sticky and fishy.
She glared at Terra, who had followed her in, and said irritably, "What are you doing here? I need to rest. And why do you have to call me 'Mom'? You've influenced Wendy all day! Besides, you didn't even pay for this place, did you?"
Now that Andrea 2 and Terra are alone together, she can finally let go of the burden she had been putting on in front of humans.
As soon as she finished speaking, she suddenly noticed the curious bubbles rising above Terra's head.
"Why do we need to spend money?" Terra: "By the way, now it's just me and the guide in the room, so can I call the guide 'Mom' now?"
The elf wondered, "What on earth is this guy thinking?"
But as Andrea 2 looked at Terra, she suddenly turned to the side as if possessed, propped her elbow on a pillow, opened her arms to him, and deliberately teased him in a soft, sweet tone: "What? Do you really want Mommy to hug you?"
Terra's square face instantly lit up with bright yellow smiley face bubbles, and without even hesitating, she bent over and charged towards her.
Andrea felt a hard force slam into her waist, sending her sliding backward until her back slammed against the wall. She screamed in terror, "I was just kidding! Don't hit my stomach! I'm going to die—"
Terra acted as if she hadn't heard, standing on the bed and pushing her mentor's mother against the wall. She opened the chat box and frantically patted her head, then bent over and pushed her head against her head, spinning her around half a circle in the room until she caught a glimpse of the wooden table with drawers in the corner of her eye. She then suddenly stopped, bent over, and put her mentor's mother down.
His square head leaned closer for a closer look, and an exclamation mark bubble appeared above his head: "Isn't this a dressing table?"
Andrea 2 rubbed her aching back and retorted irritably, "What dressing table? It's just a regular table! Where do hotels get all this fancy stuff... Look, it's just a regular cabinet. And even if it were a dressing table, so what?"
"This isn't an ordinary table!" Terra jumped up and down excitedly before standing in front of it.
Andrea 2 curiously peeked over and saw Terra wave her blocky hand at the table.
Then, Terra's blocky body suddenly began to change. Her short, pixelated hair instantly grew into long, curly brown hair with a braid hanging down the back of her head. Then it became pigtails, then a steak-shaped haircut, and finally long, wavy hair.
Along with the simple color blocks on her clothes, they also changed into patterns, and the colors of her clothes, hair, skin, and even eyes kept changing among several colors.
In the end, Terra turned into pure black.
Andrea 2 stared, her eyes wide. She instinctively reached out and poked his long hair; the blocky strands actually swayed slightly, mimicking the movement of a breeze. She couldn't help but exclaim, "What the hell?! How can your blocky body change its appearance? I can understand long hair turning short, okay, I don't really understand either, but how did your short hair turn long?"
Terra's head bubbled with smiley faces, and she twirled around triumphantly, her long, blocky hair swaying as she said, "That's the function of the dressing table! It can change my appearance directly! Maybe if I look different, people won't recognize me!"
Andrea 2 rolled her eyes: "Come on, even if you dyed your blocky head rainbow-colored, people would still recognize you at a glance..." Before she could finish, she suddenly became curious, "Can I use this thing?"
Terra thought for a moment. An NPC? A question mark bubble appeared above his head: "I don't know, Director Mom, why don't you give it a try?"
Andrea 2 glanced at Terra, who was dressed entirely in black, and walked to the dressing table with some skepticism. Terra said from the side, "Right-click on the cabinet."
"What is the right-click?" Andrea 2 was completely confused. She imitated Terra and tentatively touched the desktop with her finger, but nothing happened.
Andrea 2 looked down at the size of her breasts.
Nothing actually happened.
That's true. You're just an ordinary cabinet after all; it's Terra who's abnormal.
"By the way, Terra, could you change your body color back? You're all black now, I can't even tell your front from your back."
"I'll listen to my mentor mom." Terra changed her skin tone back to off-white, but her hair and clothes remained black.
How should I put it? Andrea 2 is actually kind of cool.
"Alright, enough of this, I have to go to the training grounds tomorrow~" She pounced back onto the bed, and just as she was about to lie down, she heard a click, and the bed beneath her suddenly disappeared.
Caught off guard, she fell face-first to the floor, choking on a cloud of dust: "Ptooey! What are you doing?!"
Terra held up the bed she had just dug up, her smiley face bubble above her head flashing incessantly: "Was there a bed here before?"
Andrea 2 looked at the dust piled up under the bed and a few strands of hair she couldn't identify, and her face turned green: "The underside of the hotel bed is like this! How am I supposed to sleep if you dig it out?!"
Ignoring her guide mother's complaints, Terra turned and walked out of the room.
After that, Terra dug out all the beds in every room of the entire hotel.
The chandelier was also dug up.
There are also candlesticks.
There are also cabinets.
There are also chairs.
There's also a fireplace.
……
……
The next morning, Wendy stretched lazily with a soft groan, opened her eyes which were a little dark, and was startled!
because……
The roof is gone!
In the lobby of the hotel downstairs, Andrea 2 was checking out.
The boss stood ramrod straight and smiled at the elf lady.
"Your room is the most luxurious one here. I wonder if you were satisfied last night?" The boss still had a smile on his face.
"Ah, um, satisfied..." Andrea 2 took out a gold coin from her bag and handed it to the boss.
"How could I possibly accept your money, especially gold coins?" the shopkeeper said with a smile, before swiftly taking the gold coins away.
"May your business prosper." Andrea 2 left with these words without looking back.
The boss stood behind the removed counter and bowed to the elf.
Andrea 2 will never come back to this store.
Wendy, who was next to her, was also there.
The travelers who stayed here last night were also there.
The shop owner is also planning to run away.
