Chapter 194 - Romantic Scene

Seeing that Julian smiled amusedly, but he tried to hold back his smile so that Qiara would not get more annoyed so he chose to stay quiet. 

A few minutes later, Julian and Qiara arrived at a super fancy restaurant.

"Wait!".

"Why ". Julian asked in surprise after hearing Qiara's voice holding her back. 

"My shoelaces are loose," Qiara replied, releasing her hand from Julian's. However, she had not yet lowered her head to fix her shoes. Julian even preceded her.

Instantly Qiara was surprised to see Julian bent down to fix her shoelaces. 

"Geez ... What is Julian doing in front of this many servants? Isn't he ashamed?". Inner Qiara glanced in a number of directions uncomfortably, because noble people glanced at her. 

The waiters at the restaurant could not help but be fascinated by what Julian was doing.

"Oh my God, So sweet ...". the whispers of the servants began.

"Who is that? He's handsome and dignified. But, he still wants to do that to his woman?"

"Yes, who is she? I envy women who are treated like that".

"Help me? I feel like I want to pass out, not strong with that display of very poisonous affection?"

Qiara felt uncomfortable hearing the whispers of the women who saw them, even though she didn't understand what they were saying. However, Qiara did not like their mischievous gazes when they saw Julian.

"Wow ... So sweet ...".

Hearing a soft voice from the direction of the entrance, Julian, who had finished repairing Qiara's shoelaces, immediately looked up at the same time as Qiara. 

"Good morning Mr. Peter and wife!". Said Julian with a smile after he stood straight in front of the husband and wife who already looked old.

"Ohhh ... Mr Ju. I am fascinated to see you treat your wife this cute. Of course she is very lucky to have you. Even those who have been married for decades have never been treated like this". Peter with a smile. 

"No wonder she was so cute to me that she wanted to do something embarrassing earlier. Apparently, she just wanted to seek attention in front of this old". Qiara thought, watching Mrs. Peter's expression without knowing what she was saying, Qiara even made her own conclusion.

" You could, then let's sit down! I've made the best reservation here ". Julian said, blushing.

" Alright, Mr. Ju ". Mr. Piter said as he took his wife following where the waiter directed them.

" Stop thinking badly about me, let's go!". Said Julian while holding Qiara's hand while a sly smile.

Again Qiara made a shocked whisper Julian could guess what she was thinking.

"Is he a shaman? Why does he always guess what I am thinking? If he is a shaman, then I am the wife of a shaman". Inner Qiara was irritated.

"Come on!". Julian said again when he realized Qiara was silent when he took his hand. Without saying anything, Qiara obediently followed Julian's orders.

"Do you like this restaurant?". Julian asked while glancing at Qiara as he walked to the special room that had been booked.

Hearing Julian's question, Qiara immediately glanced at several parts that were quite beautiful in her opinion.

After that she turned towards Julian while nodding accompanied by a big smile.

"Like it. But, this place is too fancy. Surely the food is all expensive, right, that's a waste".

"Not much. Just a few hundred dollars to be able to order this place and the food. How about we have a wedding reception in a place like this?". Said Julian. 

"I don't need a reception, just finish the cost". Qiara replied curtly. 

Julian squinted at what Qiara said. She is very calculating as a woman.

"Isn't that my money? But why is she so afraid it will run out?". Thought Julian. 

"Really if you don't need a reception?". Asked Julian with a sly smile.

"Of course I'm serious. So, please look in the mirror first! Because we've been married for more than a year. Already ah, don't think about anything else. Just save the money!". Qiara replied emotionlessly.

"Okay!". Julian said with a nod

Not long after that, Qiara and Julian sat neatly across from Mr. Peter and his wife. 

Time passed, Julian and Qiara left the restaurant after finishing talking with Mr. Peter and his wife.

Just when they were at Andi's place. The driver suddenly felt uneasy.

"Sorry Mr. Ju! I want to tell you if a car is following us!". said the driver, looking at the car from his rearview mirror.

"I know. So, don't ignore them!". said Julian, looking at some of the cooperation papers Mr. Peter had just signed.

Qiara felt strange seeing her husband's calm. In fact, it was obvious in the background that someone was following her.

A moment later Qiara glanced at Julian with a worried look.

"Julian. Why are you silent? We are being chased?". Qiara asked frantically.

"Not yet. So, just let them! Don't worry!"

Not long after that the car's snort blocks Julian's car. Instantly Qiara was shocked, however, he did not feel afraid when she saw Julian just calmed down.

"Stay in the car! I'll take care of them!". Julian said as he opened the car door and got out.

Qiara nodded obediently because he felt that Julian could fight them all. Qiara is not unwilling to help. It's just that he knows when he should act or just keep quiet.

Meanwhile outside, Julian was standing in front of them all with a very relaxed gaze as if he was not afraid to see the sinister faces and the large number of them.

"Is there anything I can help?". Julian asked in a cold voice.

"Sir, hand over the work agreement letter that you just signed, then we will release sir!". It was obvious that one of the groups seemed to be the leader of them.

"Do you really need that contract?". asked Julian again, crossing his arms across his chest.

"Please don't waste our time any more, sir! We only carry out orders and don't know anything other than having to take the work contract. If the ex doesn't want to give it. Then we will insist"

"Ohh ... I see. Too bad I also have to go immediately because I have more important business than this. So, get out of the way!".

After saying that Julian turned around to get into his car without noticing them.
