Chapter 264 - A Desperate Woman

"Mr. Ju's assistant came by himself to send a special invitation for me, when I asked what order, he just asked me to come. Because I was curious, that's why I came here". Demian replied without glancing at Rena beside him.

After that Demian cast his gaze to all the guests to search for Qiara's whereabouts, who knows she might come too, thought Demian.

"Looks like only the chosen people get a special invitation, JJ Group is indeed the best at choosing people". Helena said who just joined Rena and Demian.

"Not great at all". Rena said curtly.

Demian glanced at Rena to stop her from making a fuss.

"JJ Group is the only giant company in this city? And the president is Mr. Ju? Is that so?". Said Demian who wanted to avert the conversation.

"Yes, it can be said that the president of the JJ Group is the ruler of the business world in this city. Therefore, many young and mature women want to throw themselves into his arms, but unfortunately he is reportedly married. But no one knows who his wife is" . Helena replied, feeling proud because she knew a lot about Julian, even though she hated accepting the fact that Qiara was Julian's wife.

"Demian, what's wrong? Why are you silent? Do you know Mr. Ju?". Rena asked in surprise when she realized that Demian was just silent.

"Can you get away from me? I'm not comfortable around you". Said Demian while grinning at Rena. 

"Do not want". Rena replied with a flat expression. 

"Then I will go". Demian said as he stood up from his seat. 

"Demian wait! If you dare to go, then I will shout while saying I love you!". Said Rena who tried to threaten Demian.

Helena smiled with satisfaction seeing Demian being bad to Rena. 

Meanwhile, Demian stopped when he remembered that Rena was reckless and never messed with her words. 

"Rena, why are you so troublesome? I have repeatedly rejected you, but why haven't you given up? Do I have to use force so you understand?". Demian asked while grinding his teeth. 

"Because I love you, there is no other reason". Rena answered without hesitation or without thinking much.

"Shut your mouth and sit quietly, because it looks like the show is about to start". Said Demian who had sat back down because he didn't want Rena to scream.

Rena just nodded and sat beside Demian. Meanwhile, Helena returned to her chair because she was too lazy to make a fuss with Rena.

Qiara tried to hide herself from being seen by Demian because she didn't want to meet him when she was with Julian. 

A moment later.

"Thank you ladies and gentlemen for coming, this party is held to introduce the latest products from one of the best perfume companies in this city that are under the JJ Group. Namely, Snow White Perfume which is a mainstay of our company. By using this perfume, you can feel the freshness that can be. This perfume focuses on teenagers who believe in their dreams". The MC explained while introducing a perfume that closed like a crown on the big screen. 

The latest appearance of Snow White perfume has made socialites hunt for it by searching the internet about the price and when the perfume launch opens.
