Chapter 325 - Together!

Julian is a luxury car enthusiast and his youth loved racing so it's no wonder he is very confident. 

"Just this time! I will repay your kindness today!". Qiara said awkwardly. 

Julian smiled slightly at what Qiara said, it has been a long time since he smiled like this, because only Qiara made his days colorful.

"I'll go through the back door. So, I'll wait for you at the crossroads not far from this house". Qiara said she didn't want anyone to know her arrival. Especially her in-laws who of course hated her.

"Up to you!". After saying that, Julian immediately walked out of the room.

Qiara looked at Zio again before she left, she looked at him with passionate love and longing as she said. "Mama's son, sorry because Mama can't accompany you tonight. I have to prove to Papa, if I can be successful without Papa's help. You don't need to know about Mama now. Later, when I deserve to call Mama, then Mama will announce that you are Mama's son.

Qiara kissed the forehead of her adorable son. 

Qiara's feet felt heavy stepping when she saw Zio's face, she wanted to stay close to him, but she had to leave immediately.

After being satisfied looking at Zio, Qiara immediately walked out of the window while wearing her face covering.

Not long after, Julian walked out of the gate after entrusting Zio to Nathan because he was worried that Zio would be confused if he didn't find anyone beside him.

A few moments later.

"Come in!". Exclaimed Julian after opening the car door from the inside for Qiara. 

Without wasting any time, Qiara immediately got into Julian's car because she was pressed for time. 

"How are you?".

Julian's question broke the silence that occurred along the way. 

"As you can see". Qiara replied curtly. 

"Don't ask any more, because this is the best for us, if we stay close it will only make it more difficult for me to hurt you, if I want you to live with Zio. Today, someone tried to hurt him when I got back in touch with you. So, leave me alone, at least I've seen what my son looks like ". Inner Qiara with uncertain feelings. 

"Good, how about Mama?". Julian hesitated to ask again, but he had to ask to break the ice.

"Mama is good. Oh yes, from now on please stop acting like we are close people. Because it will only lead to problems that we will not be able to face". Qiara said without looking at Julian. 

Hearing what Qiara said, Julian stared at her while taking a deep breath because he didn't understand what Qiara was saying. 

"Qiara?".

Julian called out her name in a deep voice as if he was angry. 

"My name is Liana not Qiara!". Qiara replied. 

"For me you are still Qiara, until whenever I will call you by that name. Because I like people with that name". Said Julian. 

"Then I will not see if you call with that name". Qiara said again curtly. 

"How about us? Have you ever thought about your son?". Julian asked with a serious face, immediately Qiara lost her cool when she heard Julian ask that question. 

Not that she had the heart, but she had to. In addition, Julian betrays her when she changes her mind to endure the threat together for the sake of their child. 

"Don't you already have another woman beside you? I think Zio is growing well because he is cared for, so don't blame me!". Qiara said, trying to emphasize what she was thinking. 

"Another woman? Why can you think like that? If because of that you justify all my actions, then you are wrong. What do you know about Zio? Don't you see how he accepts your presence when he is away from many people, especially new people he knows. Don't you feel anything when you are with him? ". Julian asked as he accelerated his car. 

"At least, he does not grow up to be a naughty child and lacks affection. I'm sure that you can definitely make him happy and not lacking a bit. So, he doesn't need me, either now or later".

Qiara's heart aches when he says things he didn't want to say, after all Zio was his son who had been tormenting him with deep homesickness and guilt. 

"It's that easy you say that without knowing what we've been through for five years without you? Have you ever thought about us just once?". Julian felt his blood start to rise, because Qiara was again provoking his emotions. 

"If you keep talking nonsense, then stop the car because I'm getting uncomfortable around you!". Qiara said in a slightly raised voice.

Instantly Julian fell silent, he held back his anger because he knew how reckless Qiara was. 

"I'm okay to be a bad person for you, the important thing is my son is fine. Besides, why don't you try to find me all this time if you still have feelings? Or your feelings have turned back to Viona?". Inner Qiara while turning his face towards the windshield.

Qiara felt right and wrong were slightly different, she didn't understand how she should behave. However, she is grateful because she can still be close to her son even though she has to disguise herself as Zio's nanny.

Because he was very annoyed, Julian took the car even faster, even so, Qiara did not feel the slightest fear. 

Instead, he stared intently at the lonely road in front of him after controlling his feelings of pain and longing.

"Don't you have words for me?". Asked Julian after a long silence.

Qiara took a deep breath, she was not without words to say to Julian. However, she could not say it because it would only bring up the old story that she tried to bury deeply.

"I said stop the car because I don't want to ride with you, other than that I have nothing to say to you". Qiara said curtly.

Julian's anger grew bigger, he didn't hesitate to increase the speed of his car so that Qiara was shocked and held on.

"Is he crazy? Is he going to kill himself? But why did he ask me? Mama, I'm afraid!". Inner Qiara.

Qiara wanted to scream, but she was proud because she didn't want to look weak in front of Julian so she chose to remain silent without showing any expression.
