Chapter 458 - Return To The Flory Palace

"It's late at night, it's possible that Qiara has slept. But, I have to check it so that my feelings can be calm". Said Julian, staring at his cellphone screen.

However, he didn't see Qiara anywhere, he thought he was in her room. He immediately made a call to his house. 

"Where is Qiara? Why is she nowhere to be seen? Is she in Zio's room?". Julian thought in surprise.

Not long after, Liu quickly picked up the phone.

"Hello sir, good night!". Liu's stern voice was heard from across the phone. 

"Is my wife and child asleep? Can you check it?". Asked Julian.

"They were already sleeping in Zio's room, but the lady came out again and has not returned until now. I asked her where are you going, but she did not answer". Liu replied.

"Good!".

After that Julian turned off the call and immediately checked where Qiara was because he was very worried, moreover Qiara did not tell him where she was going.

"What? Why is she around Flory Palace? Does this have something to do with Virsen?". Julian was shocked when he saw Qiara's position not far from the surroundings of the Flory Palace.

"Andi, we turn back towards the Flory Palace road". Julian's orders.

"Yes boss!". After that Andi turned the car back towards the Flory Palace road.

Meanwhile, Qiara, who almost arrived at her house, was forced to return to Flory Palace because she felt that there was something she had not told Virsen, all for the sake of her son. 

Maxwell, who had been following her, had lost track of her because Qiara asked for a shortcut when he was in the crowd at night, and the road was quite dark.

"Why did you come back and ask to see me again?". Asked Virsen, staring savagely at Qiara who was sitting in the lobby waiting for her.

"I came back because I forgot one thing, I forgot to tell you not to touch my family anymore, especially my favorite child. Besides, if you dare to talk to the media, then I will make sure to destroy you". Qiara threatened with a sharp and intimidating gaze. 

"Are you threatening me?". Asked Virsen with a dark expression, his cheeks still flushed from Maxwell's hitting so he was still very angry.

"I have the right to threaten you because you are the bastard who destroyed my household five years ago. I know all your rotten tricks!". Qiara clenched her fists because she was furious when she remembered what happened in the past.

"Hahaha ... That's right for you, as long as I can't go back to Rena, as long as that too I won't let you live in peace. This all started from your husband who is very meddling, I will destroy you even in front of Maxwell who really likes to defend you. Therefore, take care of your child before I finish him. Besides, are you sure that only I want your household destroyed? ".

"What do you mean bastard? Don't you dare touch my son! And who do you mean?". Qiara began to lose her temper because Virsen had the courage to bring her son.

Instantly Qiara grabbed Virsen's collar and looked at him sarcastically. 

"Tell me what you have planned for my son and husband?".

"Take your hands off my clothes first!". Virsen pushed Qiara's hand away roughly. However, Qiara was quite strong.

"Tell me first, then I'll let go!". Qiara replied who did not care about the gazes of the servants and security guards in the Flory Palace.

Because it was nighttime, they didn't really see that it was Qiara who was fighting with Virsen.

"Get out of here before I lose my temper!". Said Virsen as he let go of Qiara's hand on his collar once again.

"You've got me in trouble, and destroyed my freedom, who are you really huh?". For the first time Qiara asked who Virsen really was. 

"One day you will know who I am, now go home because it is not good for a wife to be in the middle of the night with other men. Unless you want to sleep with me!". Said Virsen while whispering in Qiara's ear mischievously.

"You ...". Qiara grew more annoyed and clenched her fists after hearing what Virsen said.

"Come out safely, don't tempt me to do any further, if you want to know who I am, we can discuss it another time". After saying that, Virsen left Qiara in the lobby alone with a smile glancing at the CCTV.

Qiara gave Virsen a sneer, after which she walked straight out of the building in disgust. Just then she saw the Clock which was already showing one o'clock in the evening, she hurried home with a confused mind. 

"I will not let Virsen separate me and my family again, I will do whatever it takes to make Julian and Zio fine. Watch out you Virsen, I will kill you if you dare to touch them". Inner Qiara while clenching her fists.

Right at that time her cellphone rang, immediately Qiara picked it up without seeing who was calling.

While walking towards the taxi, Qiara started talking to the person on the other side of the phone.

"Hello?". Qiara said first in a harsh tone of voice.

"Qiara, forgive me for disturbing you in the middle of the night. But, I just want to say that I have a really hard time sleeping because I keep thinking about you. For the last few days, I have had a bad feeling after the incident at Rena Gallery".

Qiara was silent at the familiar voice, she also saw the caller ID, it turned out to be Demian.

"Demian?".

"Qiara, are you still there? Or am I disturbing your sleep? Are you okay?". Demian asked with a feeling of worry.

"Sorry, I'm just surprised you called me in the middle of the night". Said Qiara who felt guilty.

"It's okay. Oh yeah, how are you?".

"Good enough. But, why do you care so much about me? Haven't we been talking for a long time?". Qiara asked in surprise.

"Because I still love you so much, I've tried to forget you, but my heart is rejecting it. Therefore I have made the decision to propose to you. If you agree, then tomorrow I will come to your house". Demian said without further ado. 

Hearing Demian's expression that sounded very sincere, Qiara was surprised and did not expect that Demian still had feelings for her.

"Sorry, but you have to throw away that love, because we can't possibly be together!". Qiara said with a heavy heart.

"Why are you still refusing me?".. Demian asked curiously.
