Taking a deep breath to calm himself, he muttered in a trembling voice filled with excitement, "Finally-it's finally begun again. Will it end in another failure and extinction, or will this be the end of everything? Please... let it succeed this time. I really have no strength left to carry on."
While members of The Ark were busy taking control of the Fengcheng headquarters, news of Gao Shuwei's mutiny finally reached the other headquarters of Yao Security Company.
Fu Zongshang was holding a conference call in a meeting room with the other commanders and directors of Yao Security Company from the other headquarters.
Looking at the large screen displaying the faces of his peers, Fu Zongshang began, "I believe you have all heard the news of Gao Shuwei's mutiny."
One by one, the other commanders and directors followed and showed their support.
"Commander Fu, we stand with you. Let's do our best to protect Miss Yao Ran and this company."
Hearing their unanimous support, Fu Zongshang looked up, his expression filled with gratitude. "Thank you, everyone."
With their backing secured, it was time to act. Fu Zongshang turned to his assistant and ordered, "Send the plan details to all commanders and directors."
The assistant nodded and began typing on his laptop. Moments later, notification sounds filled the room as the others opened their emails. Their expressions shifted to shock as they
read the contents.
Fu Zongshang calmly said, "The project will begin in five hours. I trust each of you to do your best to stop Gao Shuwei."
"Yes, Commander Fu," they replied in unison.
Once the conference call ended, Fu Zongshang exhaled deeply. The tension in his shoulders eased slightly. He had been more nervous than he showed on his face.
Turning to his assistant, he issued further orders, "Contact the captains and tell them to initiate the plan. Also, instruct Wu Yehao to speed up his search for Miss Yao Ran. We can't afford any delays."
The assistant diligently noted his instructions and said, "Yes, Commander."
After taking his orders, the assistant left the meeting room. Fu Zongshang stood up and quickly returned to his office. He couldn't waste any time.
