"As for Sean..." Lucas said while shooking his head while looking at him. Experience more tales on empire

"Do you even know that you're going to die if you do not level up this stab skill?" Lucas said which made Sean click his tongue in annoyance.

"So you really believe that shit is real? Come out of your head and think, why would someone who made this want to kill us?"

"The fuck you on about? I am saying with confidence that if you don't level your skill in these four months, you will die and it's not a joke."

"Pft.." Sean made a fake laugh sound while looking at Barney but seeing the serious face he had, Sean became silent.

All this while, he was thinking that it was some kind of a joke that would end soon but things had become very real.

For the first time, Sean had an actual angry expression on his face.

"Fuck you all." He spat on the ground disgusting Lucas to the brim and went in the other direction.

"Sorry about my brother, Lucas... He will get around." Barney said finally stopping the spear and placing it on the ground.

"Now that I think about it, we haven't had much of a talk since the last time."

Lucas could remember the last time he talked with Barney alone and since then, his brother had as if latched himself with Barney.

"Yeah... And I wanna tell you something I haven't even told my parents." Barney stopped, a genuine smile forming on his face when he continued, "My telekinesis is level 2 now."

Suddenly, the ball of light got bigger in size only to warp out of existence when it became the size of a volleyball.

Lucas couldn't help but think about the output such a big ball of healing would provide to a wound. Whatever the case, the healing would become better and faster than before on the battlefield.

He left the duo to do their stuff without any disturbance as he had no expertise to give to them. They both were in a foreign territory for him which made Lucas wonder what would feel like to have such skills.

Till now, the only skill other than the 'shelter generation' that was somewhat magical with him was his perceptive eyes.

The perceptive eyes were still something Lucas was not proficient with, yes he could see the weak points of the people and even feel different energies that they circulate but there was nothing more to add.

Lucas went outside the dungeon and went on the knowledge-discovering spree like yesterday and this time around, he went to the grazing area where he had marked many special plants that were still in the growing phase.

It only took him a minute to reach in front of one of them. It was a yellowish plant with spots of blue that just looked like an exotic one and nothing more. But according to the knowledge Lucas possessed, the plant had some magical property that made it stand out for him.

Suddenly, Lucas got the idea of using his 'Perceptive eyes' that he activated the next second. The whole world changed in his eyes and the plant in front of him changed completely.

The yellowish stem and leaves had changed completely and now had a fiery aura around them. Luca tried to inspect the plant but no description showed up.

'I am right, the plant really is something good, and it's so close to the shelter. Just a little more time I think.' Lucas thought, his eyes starting to close from pressure waking him to reality. He deactivated the skill and after looking at the plant from different angles and some closeups, he went on his knowledge spree again.

One after the other, every plant was naked in front of Lucas. He even plucked some with proficiency not letting a single root break while digging it out.

In his mind, there were some things that he wanted to experiment with.
