everyone looked at it with different emotions.

the basilon looked the same as the adult basilons but it was just very small, about only two feet in height. it was covered in blood and sticky substance and its eyes were dazed as if it did not know how to look till now.

"what's the plan from here, aunt ella?" lucas asked, the parents were dead and the baby was left in a world like this where it would get killed the second they leave it.

"what plan? we will just bring him along." ella said without even moving her eyes, she was caressing the little guy's head and scratching it every now and then.

"uhh.." lucas looked at john for help but john darted his eyes to the other direction making no use of his presence as help.

lucas just shook his head with a sigh... even if they leave without it, he wouldn't be able to sleep at night thinking that he left that just-born animal in the world without any help.

lucas and john made two separate teams to go back as both of them knew the path to the shelter better than most.

lucas took the whole arm on his own and made his way back to the shelter where haley met them halfway after seeing them. she used her skill to transport the arms and legs back one at a time as even her skills had their own limitations.

she didn't know clearly but after some certain amount of kilos used in the skill, she couldn't add more but if the things were small such as the plants and eatables, then it felt like the storage was endless.

it took them half of the day to shift the limbs and getting the body was the main part which was still not completed. for help, haley was tasked with them on this journey and was given many small cut pieces inside her skills to make the big chunk of remaining meat to come with them.
