"Yes, I have some missions too but don't worry about them. They are menial but yours are some big ones. You have to complete them quickly."

Lucas looked around and saw that John was not near, in these many days, the trio had got the habit of cursing aloud with every sentence.
Lucas went inside the workstation and looked at the tablet in front of him, he felt bored but something had to be done first.
'What is the missing piece here, I have everything I need for making this healing potion. What seems to be lacking?' Lucas asked himself, the formulas were written on the tablet with many words that were cut and written again and again.
The formula was made by him yet it was the easy part when someone had all the information they needed.
Lucas gave the formula a full hour before he felt like there was a need for completion of the missions assigned by the territory to him.
'Make a guild building adhering to the guidelines... Mark can make the building... as for the guidelines.'
Lucas started his research again, there seemed to be many things he was still lacking in terms of knowledge about the territory that he needed to get.
He was the leader, someone who had all the authority yet at the same time, many responsibilities too.
As for the guidelines, they were simple, it told Lucas all about what the build should have.
For the first time, there was a reference for furniture to be a priority and Lucas knew who to contact.
Other than that, there needed to be a place somewhere in there that would provide a paper board on its own when the system considered the building right for the guild.
That board would have a lot of missions given by the territory itself, not the leader.
It was a very complicated process yet Lucas was all over it. Having the Guild meant 100 gold coins in an instant and a place where more gold coins could be earned.
Yet there was another condition written about the guild, the adventurers and explorers registered in it would get gold and other rewards after completing the mission which would provide some commission as tax to the territory but other than that, the reward's ownership would be of the person that completes the mission.
Lucas felt the rule to be understandable, if it was any other way, the chances for making slaves and making them do work was high, it was still considerably high yet not when there were leaders like Lucas.
'Make them work with fear and there is no need for slaves... hehehehe...' It was the first he laughed so creepy like that and Lucas liked it.
