Chapter 692 The Difficulty of Soul Level Advancement, Preparing to Conquer

Chapter 692 The Difficulty of Soul Level Advancement, Preparing to Conquer

From the information he had gathered from Will of Hell, as well as the power he wielded through The Authority of Hell, Sterl knew that Hell had existed for an incredibly long time—tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, even millions of years. Yet, despite this vast accumulation of time, these mysterious invaders had managed to drive Hell to the brink of collapse in less than a month!

It wasn't that Hell wasn't strong enough. At least, from Sterl's perspective, the power that could be gathered from a single Core Layer of Hell was even stronger than the combined might of Orichalcum and the Ashen Temple, assuming the powers of the Upper Realms weren't included in the equation.

However, even with such power, they were still unable to withstand the onslaught of these terrifying invaders.

Forget Hell—Sterl knew enough about the other worlds and factions he had encountered, and none of them would be able to withstand the shockwaves of this terrifying tide if it came to war. Even the combined forces of the Orichalcum Kingdom and the Upper Realms would be helpless against it, unless, perhaps, the long-lost Great Divine Power from ancient myth intervened.

From this, it was clear how vast the force behind these insects was. Moreover, this wasn't their first attempt at such an invasion. Their strategies and methods were highly targeted, specifically designed to counter not only Hell but all living beings. They were essentially the Slayers of All Living Beings, an extraordinarily terrifying presence.

"But we will meet again, sooner or later," Sterl murmured to himself, shaking his head slightly. He chose not to dwell on these pointless thoughts any longer.

With a quick motion, Sterl's mind activated The Authority of Hell, and he sped toward the location of the five Mother Beasts.

The Mother Beasts in the Core Layer of Hell had accumulated the power of dozens of Mother Beasts over the years. Now, as they were preparing to retreat, they intended to take all of their gathered souls and resources with them.

But Sterl wasn't about to let that happen. He had already set his sights on these resources, and there was no way he was going to let these insects take them right under his nose. It was an utterly foolish dream for them to think they could!

A thousand miles! Ten thousand miles! Fifty thousand miles!@@@@

The speed of the teleportation was extraordinarily fast. In just a few seconds, Sterl arrived atop a towering peak, more than eighty thousand miles away.

At the summit of the mountain, the five Mother Beasts were rapidly fading away.

With the ability of Soul Insight, Sterl could immediately tell that the massive souls being gathered inside the Mother Beasts were being transferred at an incredibly rapid pace to an unknown location.

And the transmission speed was incredibly fast. Combined, the five Mother Beasts were transferring an average of five million souls per second, amounting to fifty thousand soul power each second.

During this time, countless souls had already been transferred away by these Mother Beasts.

It was as if they were carving pieces out of Sterl, stealing from him directly. If this is tolerable, what is not?

"Looking for death!"

Without any hesitation, he activated his Phantom Purgatory ability, pulling all the souls from the five Mother Beasts into the Purgatory Space, and immediately began refining them using Soulforge Fire.

In an instant, the Mother Beasts seemed to have already been cursed by some forbidden magic. The moment the Soulforge Fire made contact with their souls, they exploded and disintegrated, giving Sterl no chance to do anything.

This was something Sterl had anticipated. He had already seized the souls of ten Mother Beasts. There was no way the forces behind these invaders would allow him to take more.

After the souls of the five Mother Beasts shattered, all the souls that had been gathered together were absorbed into Sterl's collection. Within one second, the Purgatory Space had gained nearly two hundred million soul puppets, equivalent to two million soul power!

And this was not even the full picture—he still hadn't taken control of the forces in the eighth layer of Core Hell. If he managed to capture them all, his power would grow by several times!

With such a mighty army, even without any special formations, he could easily sweep across everything!

Sterl focused his thoughts, and in the blink of an eye, he teleported to the heart of the battlefield in Hell Layer One.

Suddenly—

A powerful pressure instantly engulfed the entire battlefield. Where the pressure passed, the fierce fighting between the two sides came to a complete halt, as both forces stopped fighting simultaneously without any command.

Even the terrifying creature battling the Lord of Hell in Hell Layer One turned its gaze towards Sterl.

In that instant, countless eyes were all fixed on him. The eyes are windows to the hearts and souls of living beings, and even the gaze of a minor first-transformation creature carried a faint sense of pressure.

The beings present were at least at the third class level, with legendary and demigod-level individuals scattered throughout. When their gazes converged, the pressure they generated would be enough to overwhelm even a Divine Power-level deity.

However, before Sterl, this pressure was like a mere breeze, insignificant and easily ignored.

He looked down from above, his gaze filled with a hint of arrogance, as though he were a deity looking down on mere mortals. With the title of Executor of Hell and the power granted by hundreds of Hell Laws, Sterl now embodied Hell itself. No, he was even beyond that—he was Hell personified!

"This... this aura... this power... It's the legendary Executor of Hell!"

"The Executor of Hell has descended!?"

"No wonder this endless stream of armies suddenly stopped receiving reinforcements. It seems they sensed the might of the Executor of Hell!"

"This is it! This is the power of the Ruler! The victory counteroffensive is about to begin!"

Countless Hell beings were thrilled, their eyes brimming with excitement as they gazed up at the towering figure.

The fifty gods, the four castrated Divine Authority beings, and the Lord of Hell himself all fixed their gazes on Sterl, their eyes filled with disbelief. Experience tales with My Virtual Library Empire

But the next moment, a flood of information surged into their minds. All the gods froze in place.

The message came directly from Hell.

The content of the message was simple: All orders from the Executor of Hell represent the will of Hell itself. All beings must unconditionally obey the Executor's commands!

Instantly, a look of horror appeared in the Lord of Hell's eyes.

Hell itself had issued a command. Just how powerful was this mysterious Executor of Hell? Why did this aura feel so unfamiliar? So foreign that he had never encountered anything like it before.

As the Lord of Hell, he knew the identity of every god in Hell. Yet, Sterl was completely absent from his memory.
